Clientele Portal Prois a web based application that lets you manage your clients effectively. It has a built in timer that will keep track of the time you spend in a project, once you are done you can add the time to your project and the script bills your client based on your hourly rate. After a project is done, you can add it directly to an Invoice and send it to your clients via their emails

Clientele Portal Prois a web based application that lets you manage your clients effectively. It has a built in timer that will keep track of the time you spend in a project, once you are done you can add the time to your project and the script bills your client based on your hourly rate.

After a project is done, you can add it directly to an Invoice and send it to your clients via their emails. You can then choose to send a thank you email to your clients after they have paid the Invoices. Clients will also have their own accounts where they can download their Invoices, view their projects, exchange conversations with you, request a task to be added to their projects and share relevant files across the system.

Current Features

• Share important files with your clients as well as conversations.
• Let your clients login to their accounts and manage everything they need.
• Built in timer to help keep track of the time you spend on projects. You’ll need to set an hourly rate and the system does the rest for you
• Add projects to Invoices once they are complete.
• Receive email notifications incase your client uploads a file/requests a task to be added to their project.
• View a graphical chart of the monthly projects that are pending/completed.
• Download Invoices as PDF and send Invoices to clients as email attachments.
