“Utilidades Radio” is a tool for your Wordpress site with which you can take advantage of a number of functions to include one or more players of mp3 Radio, such as Shoutcast or Icecast. You can also include a chat room and a section to search and request songs, which you can listen to for 30 to 90 seconds, depending on the song. This preview encourages the user to buy it in iTunes. You can also include smart text on your site, for say “Live now”, or “Live”, in your show.

The characteristics of each of the tools are mentioned below:

Smartext [shortcode]

– Hide or show text on a certain date.
– Use javscript for live manipulation (optional).
– Show “Live on”, “Live” and “Off air”, with options for days.

Smartext 2 [shortcode]

– A console-like view for programing.
– Advanced programing text.

Player [shortcode, widget]

– There is no limit on the number of plays for a song.
– The title, the square icon, and the text are customizable in the player.
– The system is compatible with iOS, Android, tablets and computers or laptops. Almost all modern browsers (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.). – Supports mp3, for example, transmitting Shoutcast mp3, and Icecast mp3 format.
– You have a new option for let the player load the current song and the song artwork.
– Share the link of your player to  Facebook or Twitter. Share on facebook include an flash player for embed on Facebook (on non HTTPS connections).
– Retina ready.

Chat [shortcode]

– There is one single room.
– You can empty the chat from the admin panel.
– The system is compatible with iOS, Android, tablets and desktop computers or laptops. Almost all modern browsers (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
– Supports icons.
– Support notifcations by Google Chrome (Mac and Windows) and Safari (on Mac).

The functions don’t have a fixed design (except for the player). The design is taken from the theme installed. This will try to adapt the chat and music search features to the features already in your website.
