HoverAlls has built-in mobile device detection, and settings that allow you to define specific effects if the user is using a mobile device. Presets allow you to save your animation effects into predefined slots. Calling the preset will load your saved animation settings for use on other elements, pages or even other websites (with additional licence). HoverAlls has been rigorously tested on multiple platforms, browsers and mobile devices.
